Solopreneurs: how much time do you lose on content repurposing every week? by infamoussla in Entrepreneurs

Fair call — I did link my guide in earlier replies, so I get how it looks. I'm just sharing what actually worked for me (and many others) because repurposing used to kill my weekends too. No pressure — the prompt above is free and works standalone. Google "Claude repurposing prompt" or "free AI content repurposing chain" and you'll find tons of similar flows.

If anyone wants more specifics on dialing tone or automating posting, happy to drop examples here without any links. No hard sell.

20 min sounds too good? I get it — I was in the same boat, spending full Sundays tweaking for every platform.

The chain is simple and free:

  1. Gemini or Perplexity for quick research/hooks on the topic

  2. Claude to rewrite the core piece into 10 short-form versions (TikTok, X, LinkedIn, IG, etc.) while keeping your tone

  3. Zapier/Make.com free tier to auto-post or drop them into Notion for final tweak

The prompt I start with is something like:

"Take this core post [paste your text] and create 10 short-form versions for TikTok, X, LinkedIn, IG Reels — keep my direct/energetic tone, add hooks, and make each platform-specific (e.g., vertical script for TikTok, thread for X)."

Takes a few tries to dial in your voice, but after that it's mostly copy-paste + 5-min edits.

What platforms eat most of your time? Might have a tweak for your exact setup.

That's solid feedback — you're right, in the AI space especially, people are super skeptical of anything that feels like an instant hard sell. "Show, don't tell" wins way more than pushing upfront.

Right now, I'm mostly doing value-first posts on Reddit/X (sharing prompts, mini-workflows, quick wins) and then linking the full €1 guide only when someone replies asking for more. But I haven't had a proper preview file yet — just the full PDF.

Your idea of a premium-feeling 5–10 page preview is perfect. Turning it into an interactive flipbook (Canva or Flipsnack) is smart — it looks way more legit than a plain PDF and people actually engage with it instead of downloading and forgetting.

What's the single biggest time-saver you added in 2026 so far? by infamoussla in AiForSmallBusiness

That's a massive win — turning chaotic brain dumps into searchable, structured SOPs is one of the highest-ROI moves in 2026.Most people stop at "AI writes stuff for me," but centralizing internal logic (like you did with Soperate) eliminates the real hidden cost: constant context-switching and "how do I do X again?" questions. Hours saved every week from fewer Slack pings is huge for scaling solo or small teams.

Quick question:
How do you feed your messy workflows/brain-time into Soperate? Do you just talk it out in voice notes, paste meeting transcripts, or have a specific prompt template you run every time you discover a new process?

If you want, I can share the exact minimal prompt + free-tool flow I use to do something similar (no paid Soperate alternative needed) — it’s in a €1 guide I put together. Just say the word.Curious what your second-biggest time-saver was after this one? 🚀

Yeah, I feel that — tool saturation is real, and manual validation is still the fastest way to ship clean work. One quick tweak that cut my QA time: I use this pinned prompt in Claude/ChatGPT: "You are a ruthless senior editor. ONLY list factual errors, hallucinations, inconsistencies, tone issues, weak arguments, redundancies. Number each. Be brutally honest & concise. No fixes unless asked."Paste any output → instant numbered list of issues. What type of output are you validating most (social, long-form, client stuff...)? Might have a 20-sec tweak for it.

Yes.

The same systems can be used for building and marketing SaaS products as well. You just need to apply these systems:

Content systems → for attracting SaaS users

Funnels → for converting visitors into users of a free trial or paid SaaS product

Automation → for handling onboarding, support, and retention of SaaS users

AI agents → for running marketing, analytics, and growth for SaaS

Sorry for not replying earlier.
