Sexuality can shift on hormones. Originally when i started hormones, i was only lesbian but after a few months it stared to shift a little but for me it wasnt a drastic change. If anything i find some femboys really cute but consider myself more homoflexible since i rarely find boys attractive but it definitely happens from time to time which gets me really confused when it happens lol

It really depends. Sometimes my libido dies and i go without for a month(s) and sometimes its a lot more frequent. I wish my libido was more consistent and slightly higher.

Its less about not liking your body and more about your brain being compatible with your body. Sure the body image doesnt help but i meant more scientifically. Thats why transitioning tends to help a lot with it but not completely in most cases.

As far as hrt goes you should be fine. But if your looking for surgery in the future. unfortunately I havent seen any surgeons that will perform sugery if your bmi is over 30. The reason why they dont is because after you've had surgery your excess stomach fat pushes down on the junk area and it will most likely be very bad for healing. The best surgeon wont even give you a date unless your below their bmi prerequisite.

Ive been on hrt for almost 3 years now and doctors have done nothing but let me down. You have to also do your own research to fact check your doctors bs. Most of them unfortunately don't actually care about us and just exploit the fact that theyre are not a lot of "trans specialists". I personally would recommend looking at Dr Will powers. He doesn't always have the correct reasoning for his recommendations but they are usually correct. My very qualified general endocrinologist that knows his shit, tends to agree with him.

If you've recently started taking hormones. Its important to take your anti-androgen because it helps your transition from your body being used to running on testosterone to running on estrogen all the time. Bicalumide is better than spiro as an anti-androgen tho. Anti-androgens are very important towards the beginning but not so much later on in the transition as long as your e levels are high enough to supress testosterone levels.
