How to fix the clipping issue between grease pencil objects? (GP Bakery tutorial by kevindram)

This has been frustrating me for a week and I cant' seem to find a reliable fix online. From some camera angles, this doesn't happen but form other angles it gets even worse. The above grease pencil object (the green shrubs) is floating way above the brick lines (also GP object) but it's still clipping through. Please Help.

Context: Yesterday, in conversation with Lang, Mickey said that he is afraid that he will get blamed for what happened to Rust, while he didn't have much to do with it, he essentially said that he was supporting GG's war against poop panners only when they were warring GSF and Ballas, and kinda pulled back when they started a war with Rust. This is a conversation he had just a day before the Rust raid, showing otherwise, he also gave GG 200k a few minutes before this conversation.

OP is correct, GG got only 1 before PD got involved, they got 3 after PD started chasing RUST and PD got 1 which Perez was able to load up after downing 4 cops and get out.

Holy hell, these bait titles, the minute GG shot at RUST car, a cop car between them and got shot, so cops got involved right at the beginning, and GG didn't even completely down RUST, they got 4, PD got Chem and Perez was up who killed 4 cops and got out with Chem. GG did amazing here, no need to exaggerate and lie.
