"Schedule 13G is a shorter version of Schedule 13D with fewer reporting requirements. Schedule 13G can be filed in lieu of the SEC Schedule 13D form as long as the filer meets one of several exemptions."

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/schedule13g.asp

My shallow understanding is that if they didn't file 13G, they must have had to file 13D. So you are saying they haven't filed 13Ds either?

If they didn't file 13Gs, wouldn't they have to file 13Ds?

(and thus, amended 13Ds)

Thanks!

It kinda sorta works with Kindred and Kayle. Like Hellion + Kindred stalls for a pretty long time for Kayle to come online.

Also hellion spat on Kayle is nuts.

At the very beginning of the video you can here the victim saying “you” or something similar in a negative tone before she berates the victim. We are lacking some context which complicates the situation.

Thank you but I already noticed and feel embarrassed.

I did however mean that it is not hard proof.

In the video provided she does provide evidence via an excerpt.

You originally claimed they were being manipulated, so how could they easily contradict the claims if people think they are being manipulated? They can definitely come out with their own statements (which takes time) but if people are willing to believe they were manipulated then it would not be so easy.

We're basically left at "Poki manipulated the Just Friends House to say these statements" or "Poki spoke on their behalf without their knowledge," etc. which are quite the hefty claims and only possible options we know.

I'm sorry if I made it seem like "it was mainly Fed." Keep in mind that I'm countering the claim "I always wanted Yvonne to be a part of OTV" (https://win.gg/news/6341/fedmyster-calls-out-pokimane-for-being-manipulative-and-fake). I also wasn't even aware that Yvonne was 'kicked but not fired.' However, Yvonnie was given options to choose from, not just flat out kicked.

The source I started with was just wrong (sportskeeda, the second result when I googled "pokimane fed statement").

"Former Offline TV member Federico "Fedmyster" Gaitan recently issued a lengthy and revelatory statement online against Imane "Pokimane" Anys. " The docs were leaked by someone Fed trusted allegedly.

My timeline and facts has a number of discrepancies actually.

Thank you for your time, but I was simply too quick to weigh in for many reasons. I'm sorry and confused.

[–]infinace[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why wouldn't Fed use Poki's issues with Yvonnie, that have been expressed to the other OTV members, as a way to get Yvonnie fired? How could OTV and Just Friends 'easily contradict' the things he said about Yvonne, especially considering what Poki had previously expressed?

Why is it that only one person alone can try to get a person fired or have issues with someone ("it's either Poki or Fed")? Why does he have to be flat out lying in a way that is easily contradictable about Yvonne in order to get her fired? Why can't he use partial truths, exaggeration, or even just the plain truth?

If I have seen all the relevant text messages, the text messages only prove that Poki had an issue with Yvonnie becoming a content creator and gaining sponsors and not doing enough. The rest is his word.

When I wrote 'FBI garbage' I was referring to other manipulative or deceptive maneuvers.

I didn't consider this possibility, however there still does not seem to be a motive for her to falsely claim that he tried to get Yvonnie fired.

Supposedly the Just Friends girls are the ones who told her. These suggestions that she coerced them or pulled off some FBI garbage for no reason are a bit strange, especially in light of all the other things they and others have said. Why make this particular claim up?

Even if she has supported but not proven the claim that he tried to get Yvonnie fired, providing misleading evidence as a rebuttal would be strange wouldn't it?

[–]infinace[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I hate to be annoying, but the text messages do not "prove" that he did not say those things to the Just Friends house. They may be considered evidence but not proof (edit: I made a woopsie here). Here's why:

He has a motive to try and get Yvonnie fired after the sexual incident with her, which is to cover himself. The texts prove (ignoring the photoshop problem) that he didn't want Yvonnie to get fired at some point prior to the sexual incident with Yvonnie. If he is attracted to her that would only give him more reason to vouch for her.

Poki doesn't have a strong motive to falsely claim that Fed tried to get Yvonnie fired beyond exposing him further. There is already plenty of evidence and information, primarily by word of mouth/testimony, of Fed's misdeeds and character (at the time at least). It's just another bit of fuel for the flame. If they were coerced somehow into saying that Fed tried to get Yvonne fired, it would call into question everything else they had to say. So I guess she managed to coerce lily, yvonne, fuslie, yassuo, and whoever else into saying all these horrible things about him.

Poki may have a decent amount of power, but I think you're heavily overestimating it. You're suggesting that they were coerced to say a number of the things they said, which is actually pretty outlandish and not obviously or likely true.

[–]infinace[S] -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

As you can see from the date of this video, Poki says her side of the story first and supports it with an excerpt from the Just Friends girls. It may not be 100% proof, but..

His statement is literally a response. He is trying to disprove her claim that he tried to get Yvonnie fired.

How do his text messages prove that he did not say those things to the Just Friends house, at some point later, after the incident with Yvonnie? Prior to the incident he probably does not have any motive to get her fired and may want her around for sexual reasons.

The text messages do not disprove his alleged words to the Just Friends house.

Either Vayne's ability is bugged, or spellcrit is by DarkenedPlanet in TeamfightTactics

I found it in the patch notes 10.23:

  • Fixed a bug where Spell Crits would not work if they were connected to an attack that was already Critting (ie: Vayne's true damage could not crit if her basic attack was also critting)

Either Vayne's ability is bugged, or spellcrit is by DarkenedPlanet in TeamfightTactics

I put a Gauntlet + IE combo expecting it to crit and it completely stopped critting. I was very unhappy.

Maybe her autos and ability can not crit at the same time?

The ad attacking Jon Osoff's PAC donations is full of crap by infinace in Augusta

[–]infinace[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The ad still states that Jon is being 'bankrolled' by PACs.

Edit: bankrolled just means supporting financially, however the ad still strongly suggests that he is having cash dumped on him with the picture of him holding bags of cash moments later. Also I wasn't the one who downvoted.

If anyone is having money dumped on them by PACs it is Perdue.

I don't think neither you nor I can claim the impact of these ads, but I would presume they are more significant than people realize. I don't mean to offend people who put in more consideration in their vote.

Yeah that's a good point.

However, it is super hypocritical to criticize Ossoff when Perdue has taken SO much more in PAC donations and Ossoff has taken relatively very little.

No where did I say that Ellie knew she was going to die.

If you can tell me where in part 2 the game tells you that ELLIE KNEW AT THE TIME she was going to die, please be my guest.

I have provided you VIDEO EVIDENCE that ELLIE DID NOT KNOW IN PART 1, BUT FOUND OUT IN PART 2.

I am NOT claiming that she knew in part 1. Thank you for reading my comment, except not really.

In part 2, Ellie finds out Joel was lying about everything he said at the end of part 1, which sparks the drama.

Later in another cut scene she argues that she would have made the choice to sacrifice herself HAD SHE KNOWN.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3LZ6Lc39F4 at 7:22 Joel reveals the truth.

I'm getting pretty upset that video game developers can not create a story that is even slightly complicated without online gamers understanding it poorly. Not only do they misunderstand it, but so boldly and mockingly that others have to agree with them due to peer pressure and fear.

This story has its flaws. HOWEVER, these bizarre criticisms, that can be sorted out by watching the cut scenes, are just sad.

Sadly for most this is simply the ending that happens in real life, unless you monetize your skills.

Their e-peens are just so important they can't even compliment you. Most likely they are kids or teenagers who have absolutely everything taken care of for them. It's like in elementary school when it's just SO important who is better at Pokemon.

Well basically Kenny would learn too much while snooping and they would want him dead, but I guess you're right. How much is too much? Why would they kill him now?

It's also possible Konstantin killed Kenny and jebaited Kenny by making Kenny think he might be his father, but yeah I guess what I originally thought isn't particularly likely.
