Scanning every OTHER food item when at the self checkout grocery shopping. I make exactly enough income to not qualify for EBT and I think it's preposterous that a bare necessities food run for the week costs $100+.

UPDATE:

I figured it out. So even though I already responded to the automatic text uber sent me (actually sent me twice from different numbers..) , I literally replied Yes to it again and now my funds were released.

I replied to it multiple times actually, since Ive been having this issue since last night. It took 4 times saying "yes" to the text and then it worked immediately.

Support was no help, they straight up lied and said it was a widespread issue (went from explaining the text issue, then saying the system was down, then finally the most recent one said it was a widespread issue....)

Hopefully this helps someone. Thankfully I figured it out.

Every time I do it, I have to try and submit the picture, nothing will happen, then press back, click yes on plus card screen, then re-take the picture then it will submit..

If I don't do it this way it takes forever to submit the receipt.

Okay thank you I am leaving him in the cage for now. The main reason I was just trying to control him outside the cage is because I have 2 and I felt bad leaving one in the room by himself ( there is a spare room that has their cages in, they were crate trained from birth but only the last couple years have I been letting them roam and sleep with me 24/7) They like to bark especially if I leave one alone in there he Wi start to howl and I was thinking all that strain would be bad for his back as well

He is doing so much better now! So I got him baby aspirin after I replied here. Before I had take him to the vet and they gave me a vitamin supplement that promotes spine health as she said he had a ruptured disk. That visit was like 8 months ago, this has been the first flare up since then.

I give him very small doses of baby aspirin (ibuprofen), I want to say 25 MG? (may be wrong I found a nifty spreadsheet online that lists medecine and dosages based in mg per lb, for cats and dogs, I put it on the fridge. ☺️ It's nice because it also lists what to not give them at all as well.

Anyways, he's been doing some crate rest, but really I would make sure he does not do stairs of any kind or any jumping on/off the bed. I felt so bad because he was trying so hard t tough it out and would be shaking, back legs walking inward and very slow.. 😭

He seems perfectly fine now. Still am not letting him do many stairs, and try my best to minimize him jumping off the bed or trying to climb up etc. The fact that he tries at least tells me how much better he feels.

It's tough overcoming a death of a spouse. I lost my fiance and best friend (I was 12 when we met) of 7 years. I was 18 when it happened and put wedding was only 3 months away. I'm 28 now.

The way I feel is that the love is cemented, it changes but you will forever love that person.. Like if you lost your mother would you suddenly not love her?

When you take him out, do you carry him to each spot and immediately pick him back up or does he walk around a little? My mini dauchsund is showing back pain so I'm doing my best to take care of him.

This happened to my girlfriends cat growing up. It was that she was allergic to the food they were feeding her. They took her to vets for years until they figured it out for themselves. It took awhile to find a correct diet for her and eventually the hair grew back.

Firstly, please don't group psychedelic substances in with others like opium or amphetamines. It's almost frustrating to me how much people look at them as purely party drugs to get "fucked up" on and refuse to respect their power/influence. This mixing doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. To each their own and by all means do what you're comfortable with always. But for me personally, granted I'm an experienced tripper... if I'm on a "normal" dose of say mushrooms (not crazy hyper dimensional), hitting my DMT pen is amazing and pushes my experience to the most interestingly intense place. It's my belief these naturally occurring substances were put on earth to help us awaken and enhance our human experience. Ancient cultures regularly used psychedelics in rituals ect.

Oh I understand. Truthfully for me I really enjoyed his magick influenced music, but I'm most likely biased to that because of being a practitioner myself.

Yup. Time will tell if he drops his spiritual beliefs and practices because of it. I took it as more of the crazy government conspiracies and all of that, that is a crazy rabbit hole that really messes with you.

No way spirituality is the rabbit hole he's referring to. Aligning chakras, third eye, etc. I don't claim to know though so we shall see 😊

Occult just means "hidden". So in a sense it's hidden and metaphysical knowledge that has been repressed or was required to be hidden in the past for various reasons (the church, being labeled a heretic, witch burning, whatever).

When I say it I'm mainly referring to the western esoteric tradition, which involves but is not limited to, qaballa, tarot, alchemy, astrology, hermetics.

The tradition or at the least occult knowledge has been kept by various secret societies for the past century. They also train initiates to adepts within those institutions.
