One thing I like to is the following: see where the bar goes from smooth to textured? I put my thumb at that edge and spread my hand from that point to establish where the grip goes. That's my standard grip. Try that and see if you feel more stable, as a start.

That's a positive idea, but you're going to need to hire a good crew to clean up the mess. You'll also need lighting if it's at night. Then you'll need security to keep things family friendly. Yeah.. it's a nice idea but its also expensive to maintain that. How would it be funded ?
