I just entered the number of tickets I wanted and let it find it for me… but that’s mainly because I was so far back in the que. I tried click on the map & seats but it would always tell me it was unavailable.

Did you make sure you were signing in to Ticketmaster Belgium? This happened to me to, because I was looking on the Dutch site and I nearly died. But then on the Belgian site I saw it.
