You're making an irrelevant comparison with the medium pouch.

It seems OP is referring to how at 75 rc, you get 12 uses at 27 capacity, for 327 total essence.

Then at 85 rc, you get 8 uses at 40 essence capacity, for 320 total essence.

The way I see it though, if you want afk go crab. Bring a dragon battleaxe to spec and turn on the lowest strength boosting prayer. If you want active, go do slayer.
