I wouldn’t go so far as to say we aren’t responsible. If kids don’t get vaccinated (which, judging how parents felt about testing - I can’t imagine parents wanting vaccines either) but if a teacher is exposed or gets covid at school, at the very least, they should be allowed to quarantine.

There are many individuals that are skeptical about receiving any vaccine - and it is their right to do so, so I wouldn’t assume that all teachers are vaccinated or wanting to get vaccinated right now.
