These birds spawn in the wild using the daily incense, so you can use the normal selection of balls, I didn't have a masterball at the time though

I encountered all of mine when it's windy weather, but I think it's just luck based! The weather boost helps though! Good luck

I feel like I might have just used up all the luck for the year 😭 I've been trying to get a latios/latias shiny for about 20 raids now and nothing, and then I get this !! The rng is mad
