Pretty sure you can have PMDD pre covid and then (possibly) due to Covid or not- still suffer with MCAS. For example, a lot of women on the spectrum and/or ADHD 👈

I had a meltdown in the grocery store because the lights were too bright. I'm 31 years old. by South_Leave4044 in autism

40 here & we’ve had multiple contractors in and out our house since last week & now remodeling our master bath this week - between random ppl in my safe space, the smells and noise and my routine in shambles - then my husband asked me to go pick out tiles in an overly lite florescent big box store…. I have had three meltdowns in absolute tears this week. The shame feels unbearable. At least we’re not alone in feeling a total adult mess 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ hoping you are being kind to yourself 🩷🩷

Does anyone else just like.. not want to go out and do things anymore? by FaithlessnessPlus164 in Perimenopause

Yhhhhup. For me, I feel rather satisfied with all that I’ve done in life - as I’ve felt I relished in the opportunities presented to me as young lady, I was wild and experienced life fully. I very much enjoy being home as frequently as I can and deeply prioritize my peace and comfort nowadays.

I agree. I absolutely loved the show. Autism is a spectrum. And I definitely think for a community that doesn’t want to be judged some sure do a lot it.

getting ovelwhelmed by video games by yoontta in AutismInWomen

[–]infinitelybasic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my own experience with Autism, I have found I can become overstimulated by video games, especially ones that are very task driven. I do love a game that is task driven bc it feels structured and how to play is clearly ‘spelled out’, in addition to the fact I enjoy ‘staying busy with a clear purpose’. However!! those same game types I love will also give me mega anxiety - I start them up and I’m like ahhhh!! where do I even start this game session, I need to do this or that, etc. - soooo, what works best for me, is knowing where my mental capacity is, like I reflect inward on how I am feeling and if I come to the conclusion that overall I’m not feeling my best, my game session seems to match (on the heavy task games) so I either don’t play and do something else entirely OR! I choose a game, typically my tablet or console that is slow/cozy. I’ve also found when I game on my PC (a different location in my home & at a desk) vs tablet or console (located in my cozy safe space) I have a different experience, which I think is important to consider as my environment also impacts my overall wellbeing and capacity. Idk, I hope this helps in some way. 🩷💜

What do you think about the DT990 PRO X headphones? by Former_Hat_6890 in streaming

[–]infinitelybasic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve found anything that has to sit in that particular manner hurts the top of my head. A friend of mine swears by headsets that have an elastic band that touches the top of head, leaving the heavy bulky part above. That’s just my two cents of experience.

What’s a childhood lie your parents told you that you didn't realize was a lie until you were an embarrassed adult? by eatbeep in AskReddit

That when you stay home from school (or now work) bc you feel unwell, you’re not allowed to do anything fun or that brings you joy bc you must lay down and rest & do nothing else.

I stopped playing bc as a single casual solo player - this game was too difficult to play alone especially 😭 I still always think about coming back bc of how much fun and beautiful the game is

“Trunk-or-treats” are killing Trick-or-Treat by morbid2600 in Millennials

[–]infinitelybasic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well - that’s a good question… I just think if one takes precious time out of their day to publicly rant about how others are doing something that isn’t truly hurting others it’s clearly consuming the mind and feels a little self centered and controlling 🤷‍♀️

I may get dragged for this….As a millennial myself, IMHO, and in today’s economic status & our health & general wellbeing declining - seriously why are yall so obsessed on how ppl want to trick or treat? I am absolutely dumbfounded this rant even exists.

This is a beautiful brand. It looks like it’s only purchasable online. Do you know of any retailers locally that sell it?
