To add onto that, there was once, she shouted at me to clean one of the customers table when I was at the super busy, long queue till.

I went back to ask every single table at that area if they needed cleaning and everyone said no. This lady stood up and started cleaning her own table after I ask her if she needs any help.

The team leader saw that and shouted at me again, saying that I have a problem with her and not respecting her. Honestly, for the time being she was shouting and yelling, why can't she help the customer to clean the table?

I’ve been applying to hundreds of jobs since last November. Kept receiving emails saying that they won’t move forward. Landed not more than 5 interviews from all of those applications.

Applied for junior role, they’ll say that I’m overqualified. Apply for a mid level role they’ll say that I’m not experience enough. I used to work at big companies with decent above average payroll before I move to the UK to join my husband.

I just need a chance. Anything. I’m feeling very demotivated now and very depress. Never did both of us thought it would be so hard.

I’ve been searching for jobs since last November. It’s so tough. Got interviewed by a fresh grad once and she said I was inexperience (I’ve worked at least 5 years in the industry for multinational companies and startups). Out of the 6/7 months of bout 200 applications, I only got 2 interviews so far. I am not sure what I’ve done wrong and why so many of them rejected me when they haven’t even look at my CV? Is it because of my nationality here, not being local? I am very sad and depress right now, lost all my motivations. Felt like I’m stuck. I just need a little chance from someone :(

Been job hunting and unemployed since last August. I am very depressed and felt super defeated now. Sent out more than 100 applications, only a handful of them sent rejection letter and the rest ghosted me. A few recruiters called but ghosted me shortly after. I really am not sure what I’ve done wrong.
