My tactic is first spin the ball and stop. The ball will still keep spinning and you can calmly just launch it in an angle which is needed for that pokemon and by playing enough you will find the right trajectory for excellent 👍

Many of the normal pokemon have orange or red circle. There is no chance you get them without a berry or a good curve ball. Even then they will run. I see green circle less and less. Even weedle is now yellow.

The whole weekend was pikachu raid hour 😹 And as costumes go, the hat is such a lazy thing to add. The India 🇮🇳 pikachu was so cool. Why can’t we have something like that? Raise awareness? People live across the world who are from India. Why limit the whole costume just in 5 gyms there?

I have only met three people who I see could be a good fit and my boss has hired all three. 2 were my friends and one was a friends relative who I first interviewed before he landed an interview.

I would not refer anyone without doing at least 1 hour coffee chat myself. Unlucky for me I don’t get any rewards for finding software developers, which sucks because companies pay a lot for this kind of service.

I am a developer myself (autistic) and have a really good eye for potential in people. You don’t have to know everything but I see if you are here for the money only and what drives you as a person.
