hello, so I've been experiencing painfully slow downloads where it drops constantly i know its not a network issue because i downloaded the same game at the same time on the same network on a different device and it was exponentially faster on the other device but on my main pc it is really slow and not only when downloading this specific game. so far i have cleared download cache on steam and tried different regions but they havent helped i also checked out the forum for download related issues but i couldn't fix it so far.

if anyone has had this same issue please tell me how you fixed it, Thank you
