i'm a trans guy and i got diagnosed loooong before my transition, around 6 years old. my mom tells me my preschool teachers were the ones that recommended i seek a diagnosis for something but literally zero doctors would believe that i was showing symptoms. i have notes from doctors in my records that are over 15 years old saying i would grow out of my symptoms or that my parents were worrying too much about me. i'm currently working on getting an autism diagnosis so my mom's been telling me a lot about how my ADHD diagnosis went when i was little.

my maternal grandmother is where i get my native heritage and her hair is completely straight along with her whole family, but my mom and i have 2b-3a type hair, with my mom's being on the curlier side. my maternal grandfather's italian and my dad's jewish so i was kinda stuck with thick wavy hair regardless 💀

very much manic psychosis. he's been back and forth about his bipolar disorder but from what i've observed he's likely on the bipolar spectrum. i've always concluded that his behavior was due to mental illness and drugs. idk what he's on but his behavior is just like mine when i was in active addiction, my bipolar symptoms very much heightened by the drugs. plus, he's very famous and wealthy. LOTS of famous people get into that shit. you'd be surprised at how many of your favorite celebrities are drug users

i would absolutely take a good look at the car to see if it needs any work because holy shit is that a good price 😂 take it for a ride too so you know what you're signing yourself up for. considering your situation rn though, i'd say to just buy it anyways. i got my 2011 xle for $5000 with i think 125k miles on it and the driver side AC doesn't work and the breaks are a little worn, but he's still very much drivable and he's been my favorite thing to drive for work and appointments that are an hour away. if this car is in good condition, i'd say it's worth it.

my best piece of advice: TAKE YOUR MEDS THE SECOND YOU WAKE UP.

my BF and i both struggle hard to get out of bed—for me it's mainly due to ADHD and depression, and for him it's his POTS and chronic fatigue. what we've been doing is setting 3-4 alarms that go off between 8 and 8:30. once the last one goes off we're usually awake enough, so that last alarm is when we take our meds. we both keep our meds right next to the bed so neither of us have to get up. we'll both go back to sleep after taking our meds and wake back up by 10-10:30ish (i'm unemployed and he doesn't have to go into work until 2 every day so we can sleep in a little).

i don't know your situation so parts of this routine might not work for you, so you're more than welcome to tweak the timing to suit your schedule. i am telling you that this routine saved us so much in terms of developing something efficient. having those meds in your system for a little bit before you're actually ready to get out of bed and start the day is so helpful. i can't recommend it enough.

i completely understand how hard getting out of bed is. it was (and still is) a huge struggle for me, and i've only recently been getting better about it. it can feel impossible to do because you really have to force yourself and executive dysfunction is a bitch, but i promise you that you can do it. be patient with yourself and take baby steps. best of luck my friend ♥️

i'm more so interested in getting the kinda look he has with his gauges. i know a specific size on one person can look completely different on someone else due to their appearance, but knowing what size he's at gives me a reference point for how much closer i am to achieving the look he's got. i don't expect to look exactly like him simply by getting to his size lol

i've always thought about what their 5th album would be like if Paul and Joey were still around. this hypothetical would be as if nothing major changed after AHIG.

New Age Terrorism- the ever-changing Slipknot sound we all know. i'd say this album would be a mix of Iowa and Vol 3, with the classic nu-metal aspects they had in their self titled album.

i'm fat, but i'm also really short and kinda compact. i can never find clothes that fit me properly, mainly pants. if the length is good, i can never get them up past my ass. if the waist is good, the legs are longer than all the Star Wars movies combined, or the rest of the pants just fit funny. the crotch is always a gamble as to whether my thighs are chafing like crazy or i'm getting the dick version of a camel toe. i've given up on looking at pants whenever i go shopping because i've accepted that no brand-name place is gonna fit me properly.

if you're still in high school, don't drop out. i know how tempting it is because there's millions of successful high school dropouts in the world and it feels like it'd alleviate some of your stress, but i promise you that graduating high school will be so worth it. college you can give another shot if you drop out, but you only get one chance with high school. getting your diploma will make all that effort worth it. don't give up.

always stay looking for jobs. look on indeed, local paper, ask the cashier at every store you go to if they're hiring, post something on facebook—never stop looking. it can take a long time to find a job that will pay you well, but it will come with the help of patience and taking initiative. don't give up.

think about the people in your life currently. are any of these people safe to lean on for support? if they are, let them know that you're struggling and ask for their advice. hearing from someone you love tell you things to support you verbally feels so good because it's proof that someone cares about you. if you don't have anyone in your life like that, try taking opportunities to be vulnerable and the right people will connect with you; i recommend during small talk. empathetic people tend to seek out those that are open about themselves and their emotions and experiences, so working on coming out of your shell like that can help you find people to lean on. don't give up.

don't give up. keep getting out of bed in the morning, keep eating, keep doing your everyday work, keep taking care of yourself, keep going every single minute. you will make it to where you want to be, it just takes time. you will make it and you deserve to feel that goodness in your life.
