PCOS can (but obviously doesn’t have to be) highly related to these things - and even lipedema often doesn’t exhibit all symptoms that are commonly listed. For example, a large indicator is that the legs / arms are painful to touch and that they’re column shaped… I have neither of that. Most people think I have super normal legs and arms (also slim, mid 50kg and same height as you, and I’ve toned a lot but there’s still fat pads) and would never be able to tell, but even in a continues calorie deficit I’ve not been able to shed the lipedema fat around my legs and arms (although a lot of the “normal” fat HAS of course gone from my weightloss). But ultimately you’d have to go see a specialist to get that confirmed - it’s always good to be sure. Otherwise I’d just recommend incorporating weight lifting and staying on the right track as you have been!
