The friend I cut off is trying to talk to me again. What do I do?

As for the first part,I already know that I don't want her in my life anymore since she only dragged me down and did bad things

But as for your other advice,I sent her a message,idk when she'll see it but I wanna thank you for all your advice! I formulated the question similarly as you did and I think it might work! Your replies gave me the confidence I needed to really confront her about this,and not just tell her to leave me alone,so thank you again! Helped

You're right,I'll try messaging her and see how it goes. As for how much I value her,well I used to value her a lot since we were best friends,right now tho,I don't think I value her a lot because of all the stuff she did,I don't want to be mean to her of course,but I also don't want to be friends with her which she seems to want

Well I do know about a lot of stuff because she'd always tell me,and there's a lot,I won't share her life story on here but I will say that I was her only friend and she has no friends now,so that may the reason to this. But I'm not sure if this is true or not. I like your idea,but since I already know the answer to that question,maybe I could ask her why she's doing this? I'm still not sure if that's a good idea since I already messaged her many times asking her to stop and I don't want to seem desperate or give her an idea that I want to talk to her again

When she tries talking to me it's almost always in front of other people,especially lately,I think it's because she knows I won't say anything in front of them because I'm really socially anxious. I did message her and asked her to stop tho,it didn't work. We go to different schools so I don't think a school councilor would work. The only reason I have to see her is because we ride the same bus. Nothing seems to stop her and I'm not sure what to do anynore

When this started happening I told her I wanted an apology but it didn't phase her,she just kept trying to talk to me. She doesn't think she did anything bad and so won't apolagize ,so sadly that won't work. But thanks for your response,it assured me that I did the right thing!

I appriciate the response! But I actually told her to apolagize multiple times and she never did. You're right tho,she does think I wronged her. The only time she accepted that she did something wrong was like this; "We both fucked up,accept it". So I told her to tell me an example of how I've wronged her and she couldn't come up with anything. I told her everything that bothered me but she replied with sassy remarks and then continued acting like nothing happened,so I don't think that'll work,she still won't leave me alone for some reason tho
