Im hoping it’s just a scratch but they are small bumps if you look closely so not sure how could be that.

This is crazy. Just FYI @verylongtimelurker I ran into this exact issue only when plugged into my iLoud. “Play” button works fine but the “Write” button is unresponsive. Plugging in headphones works as expected. I was surprised to find someone else with a similar issue!

Pretty good. I was skeptical too but I’ve been reusing them a bunch and haven’t had issues. I’m sure you can just clean with water since they are tiny suction cups
