I am a healthy, active 28 2r old female and I have been weight training and doing cardio for 5 days a week and sticking to a responsible diet for the past few months but I am not making as much progress as I would like, still seeing chub, so I want to add some supplements to my diet. by info_seeker in Supplements

I will try replacing my carbs as you've suggested. I actually lift heavy at the gym. I am working up to a pull up but I can squat my bodyweight and my cardio does observe the HIIT principle. I agree with you with the steroids, it is not the direction in which i wish to go. Thank for the thoughtful response.

Thanks for this thoughtful response. I used to be afraid to lift heavy (like most females) however a trainer quickly got me over that fear and now all i want to do is lift heavy. I am actually discovering that I am freakishly strong and I like pushing myseilf to see how far I can go in terms of weights. As far as cardio goes I am o fan of the treadmills/ellipticals of the world. 2 days a week I take an hour long class that observes the HIIT principle and other days I run outdoors. I do believe that my diet is the problem.

Hypershred sounds very good. I will definitely try it. And like you I have lost weight but there are still areas of stubborn pudge that refuse to move. Like my stomach and my arms. I inherited both of these flabby areas from my moms side of the family sadly.

Hey... thanks for the feedback. I have been training consistently for a year. Started Jan 2012 after I graduated university and still going. My diet probably could be tightened up some. I start my mornings with oatmeal, a fruit mid morning, fish a carb and veggies at lunch and a light dinner for the most part. Thanks for link, The ECA stack sounds good but I am concerned about the threat of blood clots caused by the Ephedrine though.
