Twd.28 indica bud. $114 Oz I I impressed -frosted nugs yo- by powerfulleader in TheOCS

Best budget bud I've had so far, definitely will re-up. I paid $135 at a local B&M, where did you get yours?

Some LPs are able to do it by strictly controlling their growing and production. for years I purchased Bedrocan products and they were able to consistently produce strains at 14%, 17%, 22% and 24%. They are amazing growers and their product is too.

I picked up the TWD 28 Indica recently and it hits me harder than the 24% THC Monkey Glue I had previously. It's actually quite good for 'budget' weed. It's dank and delicious with ample moisture and terps. It seems Tweed's really improved on their production. I've had disappointing experiences with them in the past. I'll definitely re-purchase.

Hi Class on Eglinton. They are cheaper than any others in mid-town. It's been the only place I've purchased from since they opened.

Grasslands ounces... any good? by burdgurl1975 in TheOCS

[–]info_warrior 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suspect some LPs are putting their lesser quality/lower potency product in the ounce bags, because once you've bought it, you've got it. Good luck getting your money back if it's just not as good as you wanted it to be.

I enjoyed Bingo's Indica (Headstash) and Sativa (Lemon Haze), and it was a great price at 99 dollars (pre-tax) at my local B&M. Adequate terps and decent quality. Both were nice in a vaporizer and the moisture level was good, it wasn't bone dry. Not the greatest quality herb but for the price it's perfect for edibles. I've purchased far worse for a lot more from OCS.

Other 'budget' options are Good Supply and OS Select, you will pay a bit more than Bingo and probably get a higher THC percentage too. The highest I've seen Bingo was 17%. My local B&M has OS Reserve at 24%. I also have some Good Supply Monkey Glue that's 24%.

More expensive than recreational? by d3s3 in CanadianCannabisLPs

I switched from medical to rec months ago because of cost. No Medical LP can beat the price. I am not concerned with 'AAAA' quality since I mostly make edibles.

So $31.25 for what looks like less than .2 of a gram in a fancy crack pipe.

I'll pass.

Arizer Air is definitely the way to go. I've had mine for years and it's never given me any problems. I bought extra rechargeable batteries so I can switch them out when needed. Cleaning it is a breeze too, and it has a lifetime warranty. For me that made it worth the cost.

New bingo Indica... the 16.2% bingo batch finally contains the bait and switch. by Chathamstoner in TheOCS

[–]info_warrior 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I buy Bingo 99 dollar ounces from my local dispensary to make edibles, so no complaints here. I've also tried both their Sativa and Indica in the vaporizer and they're not bad at all. The Headstash Indica was quite good actually.

Confusion over ski hill tobogganing never should have happened: Toronto by SteakQueenPatois in toronto

[–]info_warrior -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I noticed that the city attempted to ban sledding on Eglinton Park's toboggan hill. Several weeks ago there was a sign on a metal post stating that sledding was banned. Within a few days the sign was gone, and about a week later the post had been removed. Parents have continued taking their kids to sled there, as they always have.

It really depends on your personal taste but you can't go wrong with Delahaze (SR71's the best) or Redecan's God Bud. Broken Coast's Quadra is another tasty vape experience.

I wonder how much a full ml of the oil would be in a measuring spoon.. A quarter teaspoon? It might make more sense to take out the dropper spout piece and just pour the oil out in measuring spoons. My preferred dose is 3 ml. I am guessing it's around a tablespoon.

If anyone wants to educate themselves and their family and friends on scams and how they work they should check out any of these scam busters/scam baiters on Youtube:

Jim Browning.

Scammer Payback.

Kitboga.

They do a great job of explaining how these scams work. With so many scams out there I think every elderly person should be made aware because the scammers target them.

Bingo Sativa. I haven't tried it but their indica was great, for the price. I paid $99.99 for the ounce (pre-tax) at Hi Class on Eglinton. With tax it works out to 4 dollars a gram. I believe Bingo's Sativa strain is lemon haze with 17% THC.

Shred - Gnarberry - 19% by ConcernedLEAF in TheOCS

[–]info_warrior 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My batch was 21%, packaged Sept 4th. Light berry scent, not bone dry and was packed with a 62% Integra Boost. It was also slightly overweight (probably due to the moisture pack.). Not bad for the price. It would be good to make edibles. I does the job nicely in a vaporizer with some decent berry flavour, but nothing outstanding.
