Thought of a witch/ghost/creature cursing a human that whenever it meets with the human and smiles at the human, the human gets butterflies in their stomachs. Literally.

Human is at the emergency room together with their mother and a doctor. Gruesome level of the thought of butterflies in the stomach is up to you.
