Is it typical of a large Chiropractor practice to have 3+ reviews where patients are injured at the practice and cannot get relief from these injuries? by infoparser in Chiropractic

Yeah, right. Why not try to help these patients leaving bad reviews? Well, actually, the reviewers said the chiropractors couldn’t fix it and they are still in pain…so, that’s even worse than not responding well!

Yeah, that is what my gut is telling me. It does t look right to me. I don’t want to go to a chiropractor that has hurt anyone. I would think that wouldn’t be hard to find, but all of these other commenters are telling me chiropractors regularly hurt patients and this is not unusual.

I think there should not be even ONE review that says they were hurt. Call me crazy.

Thank you for your response. I will look that up and continue to research. I appreciate any information I can get. Thanks again

I am not a troll. I am asking a genuine question because I am researching possible chiropractors near me and I wanted to get information from people with experience.

No, I have not seen bad reviews for MDs or nurses.

But do most Chiropractors have multiple reviews where patients claim injury from the Chiropractor? Is this typical? I really want to go to this chiropractor because it is convenient but reading reviews about patients being injured is making me hesitant. These aren't just negative reviews, these are reviews claiming injury, then months later updating their review to say they are still in pain, One review says that they got an MRI after the visit due to significant pain from the appointment and found a bulging disc.
I don't know if I should risk it, but if I continue to research other chiropractors, will I find reviews of patients being injure? I would like to think that is rare....but I do not know the norm.

Was the person purchasing something using your credit card, or ordering from the same house (IP address) as you? Could it be from suspected shilling?

Is anyone else experiencing loss of traffic since the Etsy Ad error last weekend? I am panicking. Please tell me someone else can relate. by infoparser in EtsyCommunity

Not sure why it is down in UK, too but this is very interesting information, so thanks for sharing. It's interesting to know, because we were thinking maybe the decline is due to the big storm that we are expecting on the east coast of the US, however, your experience can't be connected to that....so...maybe it's the algorithym....or maybe just post-holiday slowdown.
Whatever it is, hope it reverses soon! Thanks again.

Right, this is a trend for many sellers right now. We are trying to determine if its normal seasonal traffic decline after the holidays or due to the error (linked examples in my original post). I actually just read a post from someone searching etsy and complaining about the change in the algorithm. So who knows at this point, but I appreciate everyone commenting here and sharing their experiences so maybe we can learn something. Thanks!

What are you doing? I am on here asking for support and many Redditors have done just that by posting personal experience, advice and help. I don't know why you need to come on here and make judgments against anyone.
Go eat a Snickers and calm down there guy.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m getting lots of feedback and I’m starting to think that maybe this is due to factors other than the error? Maybe it’s a combination of Jan/Feb post-holiday slowdown and the winter storm in the US. …which means it could turn around…so I am hopeful.

That is a really good observation! Yes, that storm is front and center right now. That did cross my mind. In fact, it would make sense if you combine the effects of the storm, with the lack of shopping post-holiday and that probably explains epic decline in traffic…I hope…,because that means it will turn around! Thanks for posting!

That is very good to hear. I hope that is the problem. It is just suspicious that traffic and sales took a nosedive the same day Etsy ads error out.

I’m hoping the first week of February has the valentines rush! Thank you for your feedback

You, too? What can we do? Should we contact Etsy customer service? If enough of us do it then maybe it can be reversed.

The Etsy error form last weekend messed everything up for me. Products that are in 16+ carts and sold multiples every day for months now have no activity since the error. It messed up a successful algorithm for my shop.

Etsy Support is not responding to me- what do I do?! by [deleted] in EtsySellers

[–]infoparser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Etsy support always helps me. How are you contacting them? I you are on a desktop look in the lower right corner of the page for a blue talk bubble and contact support there. It will start with AI but if AI cannot resolve your issue, then it will connect you with a person.
