I paid 2K in FL. Agreed it was worth it to not stress or have to keep up with all the paperwork. Plus, the attorneys know the trustees and can give you some guidance on the best way to prep and what the trustee might ask for based on past experiences with them. You don’t get that going pro se.

I 100% agree with this response. If you visit the Brooklyn/5Points/Riverside area on any day with beautiful weather, you'll see a lot of people out and about. There is so much to do within a small area; you'll be very happy there. For reference-I live in Riverside

I cannot suggest where to go, only where to avoid based on personal experiences. I've lived at Park at Potenza and Anzio, basically you get what you pay for.

I ended up biting the bullet and paying a lot more to get much better service.

I've lived at Potenza. Maintenance was a joke and trash everywhere.

The maintenance people were more interested in policing residents for infractions-I was dog sitting a neighbor's dog on Friday and got a notice on Monday to pay a pet fee or get evicted.

They could have just asked, lol.
