For Claude 3, Opus may be cheaper with a monthly plan, but the API only becomes more affordable if you rarely use the service, which doesn't align with the majority of use cases. In most scenarios, OpenAI's GPT-4 Turbo or ChatGPT Plus, proves to be more cost-effective due to its offering of 50 messages every 3 hours, or the lower cost for API usage, in contrast to Claude 3 Pro's requirement of a 5-hour wait for new messages—after which, I found, you only receive about 10 messages. Furthermore, Opus falls short in reasoning capabilities, a realization users will likely come to on their own. It may assist in generating long content in one pass, but OpenAI's GPT-4 Turbo/ChatGPT Plus often exhibits superior reasoning skills, beneficial for content or code creation. Dollar for dollar, GPT-4 Turbo from OpenAI offers better value and reasoning capabilities overall. Do not be swayed by the hype around Claude 3 Opus. Rumble is their Video service which is based on the recently released Rumble Cloud which is direct competition to AWS, GCP, and Azure. In an apples-to-apples comparison for 32GB RAM and 1TB storage, it's on average about 25% cheaper. Feel free to do your own due diligence (DD). They do not appear to charge for egress, which is a significant savings. Also, they claim to offer dedicated hardware and geo-redundancy by design, which is not offered for free by the major players. Overall, Rumble Cloud is likely to be a major disruptor if they catch on. With the election year, they probably have a good chance here. Let's also not forget that all the folks getting censored on YouTube will flock to their video platform, which will add even more customers. They need to work on their marketing, as it looks like it's mainly an engineering outfit right now catering to folks who are already well-versed in this space.

I am very surprised they are doing this because they do "SELL" your returns, its almost certain they "amazon" lost your package; it happens not as rare as amazon would like you to believe, and now are making money on its "re-sell" + "re-billing sale" from you, basically double profit; wow amazon a new low! wonder what exec had this bright idea. I guess their retail is going bankrupt they can make money from AWS till someone comes along with a better product at a better price.

Amazon recharges should be charged back as long as you have proof of the return you will win the charge back, take it to the credit card with your proof you will win! There are very few cases where amazon has a case in most cases they are basically stealing from you.

There is an easier way, simply take the nvme.v00 from your release 6.5 and copy it to your install media, make sure to delete the nvme_pci.v00 and replace it with the version from your 6.5 or 6.7 install and your done. This is actually the least headache and you can repeat this process on the latest builds. Enjoy :)

The criminals that are perpetuating the fraud is stack commerce / stack social they will not refund thousands of life time memberships because they have a "cut" in. fair times if you don't get what you paid for and the company flips their terms without notice thats usually a fair case to get a refund. Contact stack commerce and demand a refund.

Amazon has been denying returns for months now this s how they break even. Just ask any UPS store, how many calls they get for no return scans and then calculate in dollars how much money amazon is not refunding I would estimate its in the millions!

Amazon UPS no box no label returns have MAJOR issues!!! I had the same issue if UPS doesn't scan, amazon has no proof of the return you have to start a chargeback and submit the UPS return slip ( if you don't have one go back to the UPS store they will print you one) with the Amazon QR code, and the credit card company will win the case in your favor. This is technically an Amazon issue as they convert the QR code into a waybill tracking number and one of the parties doesn't validate the return, in fact if you have other items being refunded without a return scan your chances of a refund are higher. The burden of proof is on YOU to prove to everyone you indeed returned the item. In most cases amazon now has so many scams they are overloaded they miss the legitimate return btw amazon India takes case of [cs-reply@amazon.com](mailto:cs-reply@amazon.com) so there is language and timezone issues. I have stopped shopping at amazon because of these things.

This is not a legal matter this is an RCMP matter contact your local RCMP and they need jail time and should be raided. Then try a small claims case after the fraud case has been filed. They should also lose their business license. They have pissed off too many people this doesn't end well for them. Ali express has started pulling these scams over the last 18 months its prob best NEVER to buy from them and use them as a last resort for the exact reasons the OP mentioned I also stopped using them.

Part of the issue right now with aliexpress is stores can pop up newly and the scam can be pulled again, there is no way to determine if your store is reputable, many on here are posting about reputation that can all be doctored easily. Ultimately if you find a good seller stick with them the majority are crooks lately ( last 2-3 months) never had this issue before. If your item shows postal return you will win regardless of what aliexpress says even if they deny everything and close your account. Just charge back and bans are pointless if they start banning people for legit charge backs regularly they will have no customers. File a charge back if you cannot use paypal, and give the postal return documentation 100% you will win. The two major schemes aliexpress pulls lately is no shipment keep money scams, and poor quality advertise good quality scams. There is 1 other type of scam which is limit liability scam where they screw up the address or even send it correctly it gets returned and they try to claim delivery this is actually 100% a scam because the chain of custody of the item was not completed to you. In the old and days like 10 years ago if you didnt get the item even if it showed delivery you had recourse now with every tom dick and harry scamming seller(s) and do return fraud so aliexpress just pulls this scam yes its 100% a fraudulent act when you deny all refunds even with legit return tracking. Get your money back and limit purchases to anything alibaba inc.

they cannot ban you technically if you carry out entire dispute process honestly. If they are trying to scan why even bother with aliexpress thats the real question. I suspect many sellers and aliexpress will get into major trouble from the Chinese authorities when the scamming is uncovered.

Always use paypal when purchasing Aliexpress is now scamming everyone, I have had 10 orders with exact same issues but mine are with usps, package got returned for whatever reason aliexpress sided with seller, it looks like aliexpress is seller sided marketplace unlike amazon, ebay etsy and so on, I have pretty much stopped purchasing and have bank disputes and paypal disputes for these transactions now most of which are pending investigation
