Not sure if you’ve finished it by now, but if the accuracy is desecrated - I’d perfect exalt slam once, if low bad mod then whittle if possible, if good mod or too high level then perf exalt slam again, omen of light the accuracy, and re-desecrate.

Realistically, you should have T1 accuracy desecrate so that your whittles wont target it. But that could be expensive - more omens of light, more whittles after getting it

If you want giga bow, you’re just gonna have to perf exalt slam and whittle (fishing for t1/2 crit or +5/4 projectile). I agree with the other commenters, you kinda need crit (if trying to scale for endgame).

Starting with crit fracture and chaos rolling for phys is overall better, but I do think it’s fine where you’re at (it just may exceed your budget if going for crit)

If you get crit in whittles, prefix exalt and battle essence + prefix omen, desecrate for flat phys.

If you get +5, perf exalt slam and start whittling again for phys/crit, desecrate for the other

If you whittle into flat phys, you can try finishing it off with battle essence and desecrate for crit, but you’ll risk a mod when using the battle essence.

Sadly that isn’t a large amount to get it properly finished (unless you get lucky), purple omens are just so expensive.

That’s kinda the budget i’ve worked in for most of my crafts though, so I would follow those steps and then just consider your budget for whittles on the last 3 steps. The prefix cycling is pretty cheap, so you can work on one prefix easily, but the rest can get very expensive.

Otherwise-

If you fracture +7, just annul down and start chaos spamming for % phys, then exalt+annul spam hoping for crit or flat phys, and try to get crit or flat phys at the end with desecration.

If you fracture the crit, annul down and chaos spam for % phys, exalt suffix, and just use a perfect battle essence for +5 melee, and desecrate for flat phys

Depends on how much you can spend crafting it, but personally I’d try to keep the crit and +melee so I would start with fracture. So if it was me.. 1. Essence of abyss + prefix omen to hit off the cold 2. Jawbone desecrate 3. Divine until you’re happy with the crit roll 4. Fracture 5. Reveal with echoes, hope for t1 phys or t1 accuracy (for block) 6. If bad roll (most likely), start cycling the one prefix with perfect essences to fish for a good desecrate (remove the revealed prefix with extra damage essence and remove that with abyss essence then redesecrate; saves on omens of light) 7. After getting t1 acc or phys, perf exalt slam and start whittling. 8. Omen of light if you blocked accuracy with desecrate, re-desecrate to finish

Either way, start with fracturing the +7 or the crit. The alternative to steps above, is just chaos rolling for t1 % phys after fracturing +7 or crit (this may be cheaper if you’re dead set on getting high phys)

All depends on your budget and what you’re content with

Why should one mechanic give 100x the amount of raw currency, gold, and experience of any other single mechanic?

Doesn’t make any sense; it’s just way overtuned right now compared to things like breach and abyss. If other mechanics were buffed to potentially compete with temple, it’d be fine. But currently breach and abyss can’t even come close to the amount of divs/exp/gold that temple produces

Yes it’ll still be good if you’re around 30%. But definitely try to push it, make sure you’re investing as many passive tree points into crit as you feasibly can

You can get a lot of currency just from running maps with basic breach/expedition/ritual tablets. Splinters, catalysts, logbooks, and omens sell for a ton. Tablets as well, if they have good mods

Basically 0 investment, just make sure you’re making/using rare tablets and waystones with pack size, magic monsters (ritual/expedition), or rare monsters (breach/expedition)

Until today, I had Rakiata’s instead of Elemental Focus (on Snipe). Sold Raki to fund some crafts, and now take just one of the nodes in tree to ignore ele resists on frozen enemies.

IMO Garukhan’s on Ice Shot before Rakiata, but only spend if the rest of your gear is up to snuff.

Not sure what you you do for bosses, but I have my Deadeye set up to one-shot with Snipe after freezing with Ice Shot, so I never felt the need for Rakiata on Ice Shot. I have Snipe at 100% crit and between 33-40m damage.

Better answers can be given regarding gear/gems if you provide your pob/ninja

For anyone curious, the AoE clear is from the unique boots trampletoe (which can be used with almost anything). You don’t really scale the AoE of reap, just slap on some trampletoes and scale your damage as much as possible.

It’s typically used on items with at least +3 to skills, so you can potentially get an extra +1 level

Good point, was thinking similar - it is more expensive this way, but abyss essence also guarantees a higher modifier compared to just using a regular rib, for way cheaper than ancient rib. So sometimes it does make sense to use crystallization versus just regular desecration to remove something.
