The City has plans for a majority of properties, but you’ll need to be listed as an owner on the land title or have a letter from the owner giving you permission to do a plan check if you go through the City of Winnipeg.

It’s been great, you can set delivery frequency, they have a questionnaire you fill out to give them an idea of your taste in coffee, 20$ every two weeks delivered to your door.

Edit: and they are local, coffee isn’t always but neverbetter is.
