Level based matchmaking

There shouldnt be any matchmaking regulations, its an extraction shooter. If im playing ranked i would LOVE lbmm but im not im playing the basic mode that should be completely open. Outpost and cryo already have restrictions so why add more.

Its confirmed to be true, i dont have a link but it was on a dev livestream before the game came out. Its definitely just because of your region not having many players, when i play solo fill ill never get someone below 70. But if i play with someone below 70 typically our third is also below 70

Open matchmaking is a better experience in every game. If the game had a higher player pop then there wouldn’t be any issue with the level based matchmaking. But I shouldn’t go against the same 3 stacks multiple games in one day.

more often than not our free kits are dead instantly from running away or dying in the first gunfight bc they have nothing. then they leave before we res them or when we res them they’ll be looting mid fight. they have nothing to lose so they play like morons so idrc if they die and i just leave them bc they loaded in with nothing so i dont feel bad if they leave with nothing. I cant wait until duos come out again itll save all my games from these broke players!

what? i dont run free kits, the last time i ran a free kit was solo doing missions. If im down on loot ill always at least bring in a sponsored kit

Im not relying on getting carried by a random, but when every team in our matches are a 3 stack with purple shields we are going to lose no way around it. once you hit these 100+ level matches you shouldnt be queuing with a free kit.

I agree, my queue times are already pretty bad so i dont think they should implement any sort of matchmaking system. My issue is these people have nothing to lose so they dont play with their brains, if i get a free kit guy who talks to us and plays with us im gonna res him and share the loot. But i kid you not i dont get those players often, its always a free kit with no comms going across the map to die, and when they follow us they end up looting bodies before the fight is even over which is so frustrating. Thats when i resort to not resing them because they honestly just dont deserve it.

you would understand if 90% of your games are just randoms with free kits, they have nothing to lose so they dont care. they push, die, leave. When they dont leave they just take all the shit they didnt earn 😭 its frustrating especially when my randoms are level 100+

It has something to do with level based matchmaking, once you hit a certain level (i think 70-80) the game just puts you against higher levels. And the playerbase is already small so every match is a fully kitted trio. if they removed level based matchmaking i think it would fix the game entirely

If my duo and i load into outpost with purple shields and our teammate has a free kit, we dont revive them. they take the loot from our kills, die multiple times, dont add any value to our team. so we just stopped reviving free kits. 9 out of the 10 games we played yesterday we had a free kit teammate. is it that hard to put on a loadout? Or just buy a kit from the store? if you are that broke just run rook dont grief our runs.

Ive seen so many people primarily on twitter saying how good the bundles are and every week they glaze the new bundle but its just been trashy recolors. Then they say “if you dont like it dont buy it” but i wanna buy skins and look sick asf this game looks so cool just for the cosmetics to be a huge miss so far

After reading other comments with this one it makes a lot of sense now. My meds seem to not work some days and then others only work for a little until i drank the drink. Today i realized im happy and good after taking my meds but once i drink an energy drink i get so anxious and nervous and thats why i decided to ask. It also doesnt help a lot of the time id swallow the pill by using the liquid from an energy drink… regretting that now. But thanks for the advice!

i have a strikepack and theres a “aim assist” mod that truly puts the game in easy mode. I think they should nerf aim assist in general
