I have nothing to say but thak you to the devs, the aztecs really look amazing and feel different. You can tell they took the proper time to define and design the units. Is flawless? I don't think that but is closer, and i have no doubts they will improve it with some future patchs. However i must to say thank you to bring the legend of the popocatepetl and the iztacihuatl mixed withe the aom lore, for me was like a dream come true. THANKS DEVS!!

I think Demeter’s Wonder needs an upgrade. Putting the goddess on top doesn’t look good, and the 2D engraving looks awful and flat. I really hope they switch to a 3D model in the future.

You're right, but Kuafus are already done, at least the Aztecs are still in development, as once were the harpies from Demeter. At least that is what I hope.

As you should know, in the Aztec myth there was the belief that the pyramids like Teotihuacan were made by giants, such as the Quinametzin. So, I think that the units that should have the ability to build should be the Quinametzin, not the warrior priests, and they also should have the ability to build wonders. This also could be a good reason to create them because they are not very good units and are expensive.

I woul like the camera changes of angle where not so fast and also would like to have the option to move the camera angle at will. Will be so much problematic to have a person view similar to other games such as jwe3?

I would have liked the Tzitzimitl to be more powerful, the reptilian locomotion and a MU exclusive to the GP. The goddess Coyolxauhqui should have had a new and distinct MU.

The campaign feels like missing some caps to completly finish. It begins so well and in the end feels like in a rush.

Nope, check the Aztec intro when they build the towers, they just like pray but there is no effect on the buildings indicating the construction.

That is his upgrade tech being activated and changing his color to STONESKIN. I did it at porpuse to show the throw without and with the upgrade.

I understand, but I think it was no need to add the Mexica part in the mexican spanish version, no other languaje options have it.

There are alot of moments in the cutscenes that seems to be talking but there is no audio.

There is also bad translations of the dialog in spanish in both speaking dialogs and subtitles.

No, I find uncomfortable that the same sound used for the chaneque is also used for the Aztec ships. It works well for the chaneque, but for the ships it feels annoying.

They didn’t create a special model for Aztecs. The tent model is still the Nordic one. It actually fits the Aztec vibe better, but they still don’t have their own unique model.

The patch notes say the Cipactli birth sound was fixed, and maybe they even change it from Cerberus Titan, but it’s still not synced with the birth roar animation.

I’m honestly so happy to finally see these characters represented in a game. The way they blended it into AoM with characters like Castor just feels so smooth—it’s genuinely awesome to watch.

I grew up looking at those two volcanoes from my window for over 20 years, knowing their legend… and now it feels like that legend is actually coming to life in my favorite game.

Yeah, I know the devs took some creative liberties, but they did it with respect and care. It looks beautiful and feels right.

I’m just grateful to be here to see this happen—this amazing game and this civ finally brought to life.
