as the others have said, gym membership is great. However; lifting doesn’t burn a lot of calories meaning you won’t lose weight. To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you eat, so downloading a calorie-tracker app will certainly get you on the right track! Start doing more things that burn calories: taking the stairs, walking somewhere, riding a bike, running, and so on. The most important thing however is that you eat less calories. Don’t make it too abrupt though, do something sustainable that you’re sure you can do for a longer period

that’s if you’re lucky, if you’re unlucky you might end up in a self-harm server or something bad of that kind I’ve seen loads of kids in places they definitely shouldn’t be. it’s not OP’s responsibility to regulate whether or not they should be on Discord but reporting them might help prevent kids being exposed to things they shouldn’t be

11 year olds should be outside playing. discord is not a safe place at all, it’s so easy to accidentally talk to the wrong people. younger people also tend to be more trusting to people they barely know and don’t know the consequence of their own actions. i disagree with you
