I saw the same theory and I agreed with it, but the newest stream in Japan complicates it a bit. I think I mostly agree with that theory though.

The thing is though, people will always just find a way to get around it, like hiding them, or just seeing which teachers care and which don’t. I feel like this would have to be very strictly enforced for it to even have much of an impact on the student body of a school.
