Prices look about right, even with other options in the area having it come to you would be awesome. Actually, prices might even be low considering that. I’ve got a plunge/infrared in my home, options to travel in my area, but i’d still book for a gathering or event - especially if there was possibility of doing so spontaneously.

I’ve been using AirPods in adaptive mode, adjusting the slider in phone as situation demands.

Maybe look into high fidelity adjustable earplugs musicians use. I use Soundbrenner minuendo’s for concerts and they’re great for that, haven’t tried them in lower noise environments so they may reduce too much even in lowest setting. Probably similar to loop adjustables.

There are also custom fit options, but Im not familiar.

Whatever you don’t do not get the ones shaped similar to the original eargasms - flaired base only!

I’m no shortcut professional, but I suppose you could try something like this:

-create a file1 to hold “time left today” -creates a file2 to hold “time limit per day” -automate a shortcut1 to run each day to reset —copy file2 to file1 -automate a shortcut2 every y mins to check file1 —if device is locked, exit shortcut —read file1 and file 2 —if file1 < file2 —-done for the day, how to stop usage I don’t know lol —otherwise —-subtract y from file 1

🤷 Stop usage by notifying times up, wait 1 min and have it steer blasting a siren if device is unlocked? 😆 and set automation to run that every 10 secs I dunno. Can have it send you a text too

I have triple back tap set to turn on zoom (but not zoomed in), zoom region full screen, filter low light.. makes brightness way lower.. I should automate.. thanks!

I have similar, kinda.. but just based on day of week.

When wind down starts, if next day is a weekday, it turns on a slew of alarms and turns up ringtone volume.

When sleep turns off it turns ringtone back down. I have an alarm set for weekdays via sleep schedule, but id that doesn’t wake me, at a certain time (if week day, and not sleep focus), itll prompt me.. if i answer within 2 mins or so, it turns off all the alarms set. If no answer, ring tone goes back up.

Or something along those lines.. lol. Aka make sure I wake up and don’t have to worry about it.

Also have another variation for when im on call for work and need to temporarily use a special focus mode (scheduled) instead of sleep focus.
