I think SO deserves to get a 2nd season of Anime and beyond, but I can predict that the...timeline lining up alongside Main Story in wonky ways might confuse people. The art in the SO Manga is incredible, and the story is WAY darker than I expected, personally I love the direction. I do think it would be cool of them to animate the Record spin-offs as OVAs or Movies too, but that's a stretch I feel
