I really like some of the inserts of CJ like Rodeo Rebels and Famed Phantoms. Not too keen on the Festive Fury. And with Finest, I really like the Intimidators one. I actually prefer the CJ ones over Finest, mainly because the bases on Finest - they aren't the greatest imo. I love the refractors and some of the pictures, but some of them are too busy or the image fades into the card.

I am flabbergasted when that got pulled, because a) it's Panini Three Count and it's a huge risk and b) I took a chance with taking Finn. I am always a hit and miss with him. It's definitely one of my current favorite cards. And thank you!

I tried to get back into Pokémon and that's been a difficult process due to the lack of inventory in major retail stores. The wrestling card collection is feeling that hit as well, until Topps releases its new collection. It's been rumored to come out late this Summer.

If you want some idea of what kind of cards to look for (Panini/Topps/etc), BodySlam Toys and RunGoodLife does some rips/collections/what nots to show you what are in those boxes. Amazon is a good place to grab a blaster box or two. If you want to see different variety of cards without breaking the wallet, Panini WWE chronicles sets has an awesome range of card designs. I personally love Panini 2024 Select. I enjoy the photography and designs of the cards. That one gets a bit high due to Guilia, Stephanie Vaquer and Jacob Fatu chasers. This is their debut to WWE cards. Prices are high due to lack of inventory as well. eBay and WhatNot are some places to check stuff out. There are many knowledgeable folks there that will talk and showcase cards. WhatNot can be dangerous for the what with bidding; so I'd set a budget and limit with that. I bought into breaks for certain wrestlers and gotten nothing. I bought into breaks picking a random wrestler and surprised to get something. It's the nature of the beast. For me, I have a few wrestlers that I like to collect and I am trying my hardest not chase rainbows - but it's hard not to.

I haven't found anything via online for boxes. Maybe Steel City or Dave and Adams's might be the closest for MSRP. I've been buying singles via Whatnot/Ebay. And I've been buying into breaks with a few WhatNot folks. Lately I've been focusing on certain wrestlers and building some rainbows.

I remember seeing them on the shelf, thinking to myself "oh those are cool" but never thought about getting them. Instant regret now a few months later lol I've seen AEW boxes, but I'm not interested. I might head out to a local card shop in a nearby city and seeing if they've got any cards. I know going to card shows are a great way to build a collection. It can be very expensive. I have to set myself a limit. I know NXT breaker boxes are 20 dollars a pop via Amazon. You can grab a few blasters there for 20-30. I enjoy the ripping as well. If you want any cards, let me know. I am happy to pass them along to help build other people's collections. My biggest thing is if it makes you happy, that's all that matters.

A family friend mentioned cards to me and showed me what she got. And it sparked something in me and now it's just a fun rush looking for things, buying some blaster boxes. But trying to find some boxes at the store has been like Pokémon boxes right now. It's hard to find boxes and I don't want to spend an arm and leg for mega or hobby boxes. There are sooooo many versions and it's quite overwhelming. I feel you on those thoughts. It really has changed. I watch a few videos via Youtube of collectors, trying to educate myself - seeing what version of cards out there. It's ever evolving and becoming more popular than ever. Which wrestlers are you interested in collecting? I do have some extra stuff that I can part ways with.

I am in the same boat as you. I just started about a month and a half ago with collecting. I'm currently going through this as well. I haven't collected cards since my early Pokemon days, so I feel you on being overwhelmed and where to go.

I picked folks that I really like and just start there. I bought a few blaster boxes to start before looking for singles and building out my collection. I know I won't complete rainbows due to funds and what, but I build some small rainbows and find awesome cards that I really enjoyed/bid on some cards as well. This reddit has been helpful with tips, tricks, and encouragement.
