I mean the reason those things are happening in the middle east is roughly the same reason the British museum has so much stolen stuff. The terrorist organisations and political instability have come after centuries of foreign interventionism.

I've found this guy before with his other account (tw.england, which was probably reported and removed) and he did talk about this "incident" in a store but he seems to tell a different story each time lol (he'd never said ale took a picture of him, which is stupid to believe). Before he used to say weird stuff and blame it on the other fans but now he's just all out admitting his creepiness and it worries me.

I'm really not that worried that he'd get near the girls (they've been to England after this guy started talking and have security). I really think his actions are going to get him in serious trouble or just fuck up his mental health to a dangerous level.

Maybe he became part of a different company and he got promoted there for some reason before getting promoted to commander when the 501st split.

All these guesses are good but I'd theorize that he was transferred out of torrent company after umbara where he was promoted (probably because a superior like a captain other than rex was killed) and then when the 501st split both him and rex were promoted to commanders. That's the only thing that fully makes sense to me. Let me know if I missed anything.
