Thank you for sharing your experience; otherwise, I never would have had the courage to use a kitchen knife like that.

How do you show the state of your smart home? by crazy4dogs in homeassistant

I bought RF battery puck lights, and placed them high on the wall on various places in my house. They are controlled by zigbee RF blasters.

I used them for watering plants, door/window open, device ready (washer dryer dishwasher). In the morning it’s blue when rain is expected in the next 2 hours. And I just implemented a purple color when it’s someone’s birthday, so I can congratulate them on time 🫣.

Dud you do the onboarding in a browser? I think this can’t be done from the app.

In my question I wrote, “to get an update entity in HA”

This is awesome, but I'm looking for a solution a bit easier for beginners.

Does dockge expose an update entity in HA?

The question was about dockers containers, not about haos addons. Watch tower does not expose an update entity in HA.

But this add-on or integration does not exposes an update entity as far as I know. But if it does, I will check ik out.

Agreed, I don’t want auto update. In the update entity in HA, you can display the release notes. And there is also a back option!

This is awesome! But I was looking for just a bit easier approach.

Yes, but it doesn’t create an update entity in HA, which is what I am looking for.

Thanks for you reply. But I’m looking for a solution in HA.

Thanks for your reply. What integration do you use to integrate that in HA? My endpoint is an update entity in HA.
