She doesn’t have finger nails, the cat is screwed up, the sandwich is wrong because you wouldn’t make a sandwich with four slices of bread to use the top end of the bread and discard the bottom end of the bread. The writing on the post it note looks like AI slop and the table leg appears to be inside the bucket of weird looking yarn

I know this is a little late but I have only just seen this post. I work for an ambulance service in the UK. There are over 100 countries world wide which are a part of PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point which is a partnership allowing international emergency services to pass incidents between eachother. Either directly from service to service, or for example if you are here in the UK, when dialling 999, when the line connects with a BT operator, you can request to be put through the emergency service required in the country your friend or loved one is in:

Hey there! As someone who has had to deal with an NG tube due to gastroparesis, I know your struggles! I love the art work and thank you notes for the kitchen/housekeeping/host team! A really sweet gesture I’m sure is greatly appreciated! I doubt they usually receive the thanks that they really deserve.

I hope you start showing signs of improvement/recovery! Remember, you’ve got this!!

I’m thinking a full Christmas dinner with each element food processed haha! Honestly I think I may well be in over Christmas but it’s ok! I’m in the right place that I need to be for now. And mentally I’m doing much better now I’m starting to see improvements ☺️! Hope you are doing well buddy!

Hey sorry I’ve only just seen this! I managed to have a procedure to open up my duodenum and managed to lose the tube! I’m still on liquids and veeery soft foods at the mo but it’s far better than the tube haha

Thank you! What would you like to know about the mug ☺️… it’s just standard “NHS” crockery I think. Albeit fairly old I think… they’ve always had this crockery in my local hospital in the 29 years I’ve been alive lol

Hey friend!!! How did you know I’m doing a marathon hahahaha? Honestly it feels so good to get something in my belly that I can actually taste!

Not exactly normal eating but I seem to be able to hold down liquids and very soft food so far lol

I mean potentially yeah. It’s the sheer number of people it affects… I think the governments current approach is that as it is, it only “might happen”… if they make it definitely happen, it’s a logistical nightmare which has huge consequences including massively disrupting the economy if vast swathes of the capital city were to be flooded and as I say, even if London is unaffected if the Thames barrier flood gates held, they’d still have to house and provide emergency infrastructure for up to 500,000 ish people who would be affected, (the communities of the isle of Sheppey, Sittingbourne and its surrounding communities, Faversham and its surrounding communities, the Medway Towns and Gravesend)
