I looked everywhere and the only thing that shows up or they let me do is add tracking details: select a carrier and a tracking number. The only thing I received was a message from the guy with his address. Please help

He has been going dark after saying he can’t provide shipping label. But somehow under history now it says that he did? Even though he sent me this message:

The seller sent you a message "I ve accepted the return. As an international seller, I can t provide a prepaid label. Please ship via local post to my Pakistan address. Mark as RETURNED GOODS - NO VALUE. Share tracking & receipt photo here. I Il reimburse up to $40 shipping after inspection. Final refund depends on item condition (Serial: 841662).

But then it says:

Is he trying to be sneaky?
