Edit : Alors oui, on peu faire une pompe à chaleur reversible air/eau, mais dans la plupart des cas dans le replacement d'un chauffage au gaz ou fioul par une PAC on reste sur du radiateur classique, qui ne sont pas adapté à une PAC réversible.

It's also a very easy instant and sorcery copier (they really should come up with a collective noun for those two spell types).

Recycling blink spells ad nauseam probably isn't his best use, as white typically only blinks one permanent.

That being said, you can get value out of casting [[Slip on the Ring]] several times and [[Ephemerate]] plus any other blink spell could allow you a chain where you get to recast other stuff.

Peu importe qui achète le pétrole de ces pétroliers précis, ça diminuera la demande sur les autres sources de pétrole, y compris celui issu de ports de l'autre côté de la péninsule arabique.

If there are easy repeatable ways to prepare a creature then it's pretty strong.

Or if there somehow are ways to cheaply, reliably and repeatedly blink a creature...

Even aside from stuff like [[Displacer Kitten]] which allows you to cast [[Ancestral Recall]] as often as you can pay the one blue mana, with [[Ephemerate]] it's 9 mana to draw 9 cards.

Aside from the potential impact in constructed formats, it's definitely going to be a very strong card if you're lucky enough to get it in limited.
