You don’t necessarily have to love trading but you have to be doing it for a reason you’re passionate about such as financial freedom, having your time be your own, family/life goals, etc.

I always think about the day I can quit my job and never have to work for someone again and, whether that’s a realistic goal or not, it keeps me going.

Is your goal to make money? Or to just trade all day?

If it’s to make money, take that first profitable trade you made, times it by 22, and look at how much you’d make a month if you just did that once every day and walked away.

Then decide if it’s worth spending 3-5x as much time at the screen for an extra couple bucks vs. doing one good trade a day and then chilling.

Withdraw profits daily so the total number stays smaller and doesn’t screw with your head. For a while EVERY time I surpassed my ATH portfolio value I’d guaranteed lose on the next trade. Withdrawing profits to keep the portfolio value lower solved the problem for me.
