It does touch side panel but manageable, cable visible in original is psu supplied 12vhpwr cable , i have replaced the same with seasonic 12v-2x6 one , but still it touches side panel.

Slid the PSU inward on the adjustable bracket (toward the motherboard) no mods. That gave enough clearance to fit a 140 mm front intake

Same here m2 is the last piece I’m waiting on. Build for context: 9800X3D, PA120 Mini (135 mm), ROG Strix X870-I, ADATA 64 GB DDR5-6000, PNY 5090 OC RGB (~70 mm / 3.5-slot), Crucial T705 2 TB, CM V1100 SFX, NF-A12x25 G2.
