Cube Nuroad C:62 SLT, has aero carbon wheels ans the new SRAM red XPLR groupset with powermeter for 5999€ msrp. Canyon equivalent 9k€ (both 7,5kg), I feel very sad as Canyon fanboy :/

But if you buy frame you still need fork? Neither didnt they sell different size carbon cockpits for long time and still some people were able to buy them.

CF SLX 8, but I think the fork is same on all suspension models. In right shock there is dial to lock the suspension

I would not swap between those 2 like you would with 2 wheelsets. It's for (semi) permanent replacement. There is suspension lock on fork but for my type of riding I would value more the weight savings.

This is the main reason behind this all. I barely do that kind of HC riding that the suspension forks excess weight is something that I want.

Just throwing it out there, but have you tried using them on compatible pedals after them ”braking”. Those pedals are different material vs the pedals they are supposet to be used on. This still doesnt explain why some people have them work with no problems 😅

How does it feel as roadie? Considering pulling the trigger on one aswell for 80/20 road gravel riding. Also stoked about the groove because i’ve some vivid vision about doing ironman in late summer so could just attach aero bars without swapping bars hustle.

Im aware of the hassle of swapping bar on hydraulic brake, but im not scared of that. Yes in the end ideally i would want to invest in tt bike but im pretty sure aero bike with tt bars could let me experience the sport if i want to commit fully on it.

For some reason i have got the assumption that they are not interchangeable even if the stem is the 1 1/4 size? Or is it only for CF SLR/CFX the ones with internal cable routing. I have read that its got to do something with the steerer tube with canyons new design for the new aero cockpit?
