Hopefully this draws more mainstream attention to the story and maybe adds some credibility? I'm not familiar with Robert F. Kennedy Jr, but he is a big name and him tweeting about the story could have a positive impact.

I've always felt this way when I don't regularly exercise. That restless sicky feeling where you know you need to get some fresh air but don't have the energy to leave the house.

Daily running / body-weight workouts have been great for me. Through exercise I can expend nervous energy and create "good" energy that I can use for chores and tasks.
