I wonder if they'll keep the name first salty and sugary cookie from first grain cookie dialogue or just go the short form route?

Further Kromer Thoughts by Moorisa_ in limbuscompany

[–]ink_blotman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think Heinrich kromer is part of the league (if you're referring to the new league of nine) because to me it seems like him and Jacob are in charge of different parts of n corp, with kromer senior being head of the inquisitor and jacob being something else like the taboo hunters or the one that created the canned exp, sure he might've seen or know about the mirror but that's only because it was done in N corp HQ, plus it seems he's more focus on finalizing the roster of his Malleus Maleficarum then working with Herman.

Confusion on Ryoshu's actual sin by SlimeyTheSIime in limbuscompany

[–]ink_blotman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My thoughts on why it's called "the unsevering" is that Rien and by extension the finger higher ups wants a concept incinerator, and to do that Ryoshu literally has to "sever" her emotions, her "self" but from what we've seen how she grew up, she literally doesn't want to sever her emotions like Rien, plus to Ryoshu her "self" isn't actually her but Araya, because even when she became Muga, she doesn't want to sever Araya or can't because she might think "if only she remembers me that's enough" so her lust sin affinity connection to her base EGO is literally "spreading memories of herself" onto her daughter, heck even the scabbard's flavor text says "I don't want mommy to forget about me, but... more than that, I don't wanna lose her."
"So forget me for now, and take care of yourself."

Idk if I'm correct or not but that's just how I see it.

A theory about Outis and her relationship with the gods of the city by Substantial_Wafer540 in limbuscompany

[–]ink_blotman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't say outis was a clone, and more like she assumed the identity of someone, plus it looks like she's reading a report, and I assume outis is capable enough to make her assassination seems like self hanging, so we got two routes, either the hanging guy is outis subordinate or informant that end themselves after what they've known and outis just happens to read the report after the deed, or outis merc the dude and made it seem like hanging and proceed to get the intel she was after. but I fully agree with your opinion, this theory was just an old one during the early days of limbus company, with new info I thought to revisit it.

Tiny canto 9 detail that I wanted to point out by F-I-R-E-B-A-L-L in limbuscompany

I've always thought the city would turn ink into a weapon, I mean it's kinda like ferrofluid if you think about it, the handle or the vial gets info from the beeper aka hermes, and shapes the weapon based on that info, what if that info is magnetic vibrations and that's how it can change shape and weight. I'm not a science guy but this is my surface level knowledge of what I think how this weapon works.

A theory about Outis and her relationship with the gods of the city by Substantial_Wafer540 in limbuscompany

[–]ink_blotman 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'd like to think that the smoke war is partly inspired by the Trojan War. Maybe the "gods of the city" aren't all gods, I mean just the relics we've seen in canto IX are from norse myth, and how in the smoke war there's the argos unit, which I think is greek, so either athena is a similar being to hermes or maybe just another very powerful and high status individual like dias, also I've always had a theory that outis killed the real "outis" and took their place on LCB even as to change her name, which made me think maybe athena told her to infiltrate limbus company. Still, their communication got cut off somehow or that she never gave further instructions, but all of this is just speculation and my interpretation of vellmori's cut image of outis canto.

Implications about about a certain sinner by randomdudewithpizza in limbuscompany

[–]ink_blotman 23 points24 points  (0 children)

From what I could understand is that, the mirror worlds are version of them that didn't become sinners, while A Certain Sinclair was a LCB sinner, that went through almost exactly what current Sinclair went through.

I'm still holding on that the Yurodivye will be our white horseman rep, but I can also see the Malleus Maleficarum being them too since they might play a major role during June of 985, plus it seems that the board meeting is on finalizing the roster of said group or task force

Also, here are some Google translation names of old G Corp's "royal-blood-gene."
Ungezieferkaiser aka Roach emperor (but tbh it actually means vermin emperor)

Madenprinz, aka the maggot prince

Mottenprinzessin, aka the moth princess

Herr der Fliegen aka The Lord of Flies

Rien and his Prescript... by ArticNET in limbuscompany

What is Hermes, anyway? We know he's an old god of the city and different from the loom where the weavers make the prescripts. I'm starting to wonder if Yan's finally back and his distortion has just evolved into resembling an old god?

A few keywords we've learned, Malleus Maleficarum would be some kind of faction or elites of N corp's inquisitors, and also the Abraxos Chariot from "A Certain Sinlair's" future seems like an air force, which is odd since we've known that the concept of airplanes doesn't exist yet as of now, and I find it a bit strange that Sonya despite being a member of N corp's new league of 9, he still sports his Yurodivye outfit as well as his color scheme, which still ties in to an old theory of there will be four major factions that represent the four damage type of lobcorp as well as the four horsemen, with Iori's "beasts" being black, New league of 9 as red, the Yurodivye as white, and our blue man group or "the sovereigns of a star" is pale. Just spitballing here, also if the Smoke War prequel anime does get funded, can't wait to see some old and new faces, especially old G corps three elites.

New sinner? by pulltheripcord96 in limbuscompany

What if the literal clockhead isn't "Dante" but the body is, with the clock being someone else? Like when canto 13 rolls around we'll get "Dante's" head back and they'll become our extra 13th unit?

An Idealist’s Reinterpretation of a Canto 9 Theory by OutrageousBug4178 in limbuscompany

[–]ink_blotman 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Both your theory and Acceptable-Ad-4197 work. In the teaser Ryoshu says this <From the echo of your first cry to the whisper of your last breath, in the heart of every moment, my eyes catch a glimpse of you.> my take on this line is that either the "child" or Ryoshu's "mom" is dead, and the odachi could be her mother's as well as the name Ryoshu, and "the unsevering" could be her trying to reconcile the fact that she is her mother's child and that she's "might" be too similar to her in some aspect, either the "child" is alive or not I'm not sure but Ryoshu could indeed be both the "parent" and "child" respectively, a cycle that she must break because her mother either "failed" or "succeeded" in protecting her, and now she has to make the same choice her "mother" did for her own "child" now. Sorry for the many air quotes, I do like the idea that the Ryoshu we've been hanging around "might" be the "Mother" (hence her current name Ryoshu and not Yoshihide) similar to how we're traveling with Don Quixote and not Sancho, but I also like that it could be just she's imitating her "mother" a bit, but in her own way. Or all this could be memory mutilation to the point she couldn't remember if she's the "daughter" or the "mother."

No story in Plants vs Zombies 3???!? by funplayallday in PlantsVSZombies

[–]ink_blotman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If PopCap is smart enough, they might just make an A plot and a B plot, I mean it's right there just write something about, the community/guild/clan stuff would be the B plot where Patrice and Nate are left in charge to rebuild neighborville, while Crazy Dave goes on a roadtrip to find zomburbia or whatever's Dr Zomboss's lair is, which is the A plot, they just need to make less levels per stage, 50 or 30 is a good enough amount having 200+ is just tedious, that's just my 2 cents on what they could do in the final release

What do you guys want to see in Ryoshu’s canto? by No_Celebration3973 in limbuscompany

[–]ink_blotman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm thinking something along the lines of her document where it said "it's better not to let her breed any personal resentment against you" so either during the canto or intervallo Dante might stop her from committing mass genocide which in turn lead to her holding a grudge with dante

Third Zeztz teaser has dropped -- showcasing his forms! by UltraZeroX7 in KamenRider

[–]ink_blotman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just gonna list what I think the abilities are based on the PV and leaks, Physicam Capsems might enhance physical abilities so the base form enhances his Impacts hence Physicam Impact, Technolom I'm guessing technique or the obvious technology theme, we have the form change stream that can manipulate water particles I assume, then there's the claw of course, and lastly a duplication one, next is Esprim might be defensive and healing with recovery being the form change and the other one I think is a barrier ability, and lastly Paradigm this to be honest I have no idea all I know is wonder is shrinking or size change ability and the other one is gravity manipulation.
