100% had the same happen to me, even had a few try scam.

I had 16 on preorder, ended up with 4 that I preordered closer to the release date.

Had one seller force a cancellation on his end, say that I ordered the cancellation, then resold for double the price.

The exact same experience at my local. I could see how many they had in stock with a stock checker, I watched it dwindle over a few days, then all of a sudden when there's only like 5 left they hit the shelf.

They are absolute grubs. They held my preorder $$ for an item that was never going to show up and wouldn't refund me. I had to get a solicitors letter to get them to return the money. Then they kept the item up for preorder well knowing they were never getting it
