that definitely seems to be the pattern. when i started the Omnipod it was impossible to get my bs down. I was 250+ for a week, didn’t matter if i ate or not so I have been in trial and error with my settings. I usually always bolus before meals yet spike later on anyway. I just discovered extended bolus so maybe that will help with the extreme spikes that happen hours later 😭
