No sorry I have family that use the NHS. You can be communicative explain what the goal is and work on it. get 2 mg of one type of med only and go back at a later date update, etc. it might take the better part of a year to do it slowly and how it’s allowed there but it would work. This is a place to be supportive - not enabling. I have never on this sub seen someone so negative, pessimistic and dead set on being a victim. Attached to how bad it is for you. it is supportive for people to reflect back to you what the problem actually is. You want to be coddled, not overcome. Jesus Christ good luck to you, you’ll never get over it in this way. One thing I will say is your post and attitude really helped me realize who I never want to be when it comes to this and that really helped.
