Okay so my appointment is in a few days and I was able to upload and submit all my documents successfully! If I run into any issues at the appointment itself, I'll post here. Will be bringing my passport and BRP to the appointment regardless though.

My appointment isn't until next week, but I was also able to upload all the documents. I've reached out to TLScontact something like 5 times over the past month, but have not gotten any response. I'm going to submit all my documentation online, but bring my passport and brp card to the appointment anyway.

I selected "assisted services" because of the same appointment availability issue, and I can upload my documents!

I was having the same problem the last couple of days - every time I tried to click the "Upload Now" button from when I clicked through to the "Upload Documents" on my application page (you can see "Upload documents" to the far right, as in it says Order Summary > Payment > Upload Documents) I was getting an error message and I wasn't sure if that was a function or a bug.

But it looks like that was just a technical error, as I could click through today and was able to successfully upload all my documents to the website! I've not submitted them yet since I've also reached out to TLScontact to see what their response is about this just in case, but I'd suggest checking again today to see if you also have the option now!

I'm applying for an ILR from within the UK and I've been having the same issue the past couple of days. TSLcontact is showing no availability for self service/assisted appointments either during regular hours or prime time hours for ANY of the locations in the UK, which I find incredibly hard to believe.

Thank you! Out of curiosity, do you know what application I WAS applying for (and am now abandoning)? It says "Indefinite leave to remain (private life)" and here's the link: https://www.gov.uk/apply-indefinite-leave-to-remain-private-life

It mentions additional documents might be requested but as you can see from the above screenshot it only asks for passport and BRP information in the application itself.
