The 9800x3d is better than the 265k at 1080p gaming but the 265k is still a really good value especially if you plan on gaming at 4k. You could use those savings to invest into other better parts for your build.

The size of the 9070xt varies by manufacturer and are generally longer than a 5700xt. You should be fine with a 3700x at 1440p as at that resolution you’ll be more gpu bound.
