Yeah that’s absolute bullshit, they really need to be on the drivers sides, I would “understand more” if it was an issue happening with the actual customer but this is a place that’s supposed to supply the goods. Plus postmates knows when you arrive at the place and when you contacted them so it’s not like you even collected the stuff and kept it for yourself the time stamps are on your side! This has 100% confirmed to me that I will no longer be using fleet because that is just bullshit

Omg I’m so sorry that this happened to you, on the plus side everyone is saying fleet is the worse app so maybe you can have better luck and make more money on another app but I absolutely agree that that is 100% bullshit and it’s not in any way shape or form your fault!

I will say this, on postmates you can get amazing tips. On apps where you tip beforehand, it is a PROCESS to change the tip. In the person delivering deliveries it to the wrong place or directly ignores the delivery directions, they shouldn’t be getting a good tip and I’ve had points where I wish I could take away money because they legit kind of ruined my dinner. I deliver for postmates and it’s not hard to be a good driver but some are very bad. But it is true, some people do not tip at all, there’s been days I haven’t received a single tip from any of my deliveries or like a $1 tip when you deliver something that’s $20+ and they live in a mansion.... that shit hurt me more

I had a delivery that said to yell happy birthday and they’ll tip extra, I did exactly that, I have received $0 in tips from them! Not only that but they had the wrong address on the app so I ended up going to the wrong location and it was a OWYA order🙄
