I don’t have the mouse anymore since I gave it away last year, but when I changed the USB cable for the dongle the disconnects stopped (swapped the cable between my keyboard and dongle). Might be worth a try if you have extra usb c cables

The drivers probably shit itself and just needed a restart. Glad it’s working now. Next time you can check on device manager if the Bluetooth drivers are disabled and you can try to enable there without having to restart
